My passion for health and fitness came from my own personal weight loss journey when I turned around 25 years of being fat, sick and depressed into a new life where I show others just how easy and rewarding a life can be when you are in shape, healthy and active for yourself but also for the the family you love also.

It’s my mission to lead all those that are willing to increase their health and fitness levels towards being a better and more active parent by showing them a sensible and sustainable way to achieve life long results without spending everyday in the gym or ever counting a calorie.
